The law requires it. Your people deserve it.
Is your workplace POSH‑ready?
The POSH Act—The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013—is a landmark Indian law that protects the right of every individual to work in an environment of safety, dignity, and respect. Under this law, every organisation in India with 10 or more employees is mandated by the Government of India to follow this compliance.
It’s not just a policy—it’s a legal responsibility. Failure to comply can lead to financial penalties, reputational damage, and legal consequences.
