Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for any service purchased or registered for through Birdie Consulting (“we,” “our,” “us”). Our services include workshops, consulting engagements, coaching sessions, and professional development programs.
Cancellations by the Client
Workshops and Coaching Sessions (Individual Participants)
- Cancellations are not accepted, and no refunds will be provided once registration or payment has been made.
- Coaching sessions may be rescheduled only if the request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled session date, and will be subject to the coach’s availability and Birdie Consulting’s confirmation.
- No refunds or rescheduling requests will be accommodated for no-shows or requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session.
Consulting Engagements (Organizational Clients)
- Consulting engagements are non-cancellable and non-refundable once initiated.
- Work on such engagements begins based on the client’s request and may involve planning, research, customization, or preparatory activities.
- Therefore, no refunds will be issued once the project has commenced or any preliminary work has started.
Rescheduling and Substitution
- Rescheduling is permitted only for coaching sessions, provided the request is made at least 7 days in advance and is subject to the approval and availability of Birdie Consulting.
- Workshops, consulting engagements, and other services are non-reschedulable.
- Substitution of participants is not permitted for individual workshops or coaching sessions.
- For organizational programs, any change in schedule must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional administrative or facilitation costs.
Cancellations by Birdie Consulting
In the unlikely event that Birdie Consulting needs to cancel or postpone a session or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule for a future session.
Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
- The time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
